Hi, I’m Devon — a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Yoga Instructor. I help beginners, busy parents, professionals, and older adults get stronger, lose belly fat, build muscle, and feel more confident in their bodies.

Book a Free Consultation  

During the consultation, we’ll get to know each other and discuss your goals, lifestyle, eating habits, and any fitness challenges. This is also a chance to see if my coaching style is the right fit for you. If we’re both happy to move forward, I’ll explain my available packages and get you signed up.

We’ll then book a fitness assessment to evaluate your current fitness level, strengths, and areas for improvement. This includes a postural and flexibility assessment, allowing me to create a programme tailored to your needs.

Getting started for online personal training

You’ll receive a link by text or email to download an easy-to-use app. The app shows your daily workouts, how to perform each exercise, past and upcoming sessions, and lets you message me directly. It also tracks your progress so we can monitor results. You’ll also be provided with resistance bands, which allow for effective strength training similar to gym equipment.
