As a certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, I've spent years honing my skills to provide you with a well-rounded and holistic approach to wellness. My journey in the fitness and yoga world began with a personal quest for balance and vitality. Through perseverance, education, and dedication, I have transformed my own life, and now I'm here to share my knowledge and experiences with you.

I bring customized personal training directly to you, tailoring every session to your unique needs, schedule, and environment. No gym? No problem. I bring all the equipment necessary to create dynamic, results-driven workouts right in your living room, backyard, or home gym. Together, we'll turn your space into a personal fitness studio! This service is only available for clients who are local.

At Home Workout

How it all works

 

​1. Book a Free Consultation  

- During a consultation we'll get to know each other. We'll discuss your goals, eating habits and lifestyle and any fitness related challenges you may have in depth. This is also a chance for us both to determine whether my coaching style is a good fit for you. If we are both happy then I'll explain the different options of packages I have available, once you have chosen your preferred package option  then we'll get you signed up and we'll agree a day to get you started. A fitness assessment will then be booked in which will just give you and I a better understanding of where your fitness levels are at, and what your strengths and weaknesses are. We'll also carry out a postural analysis and go through a flexibility assessment also this will help me to put together a programme that will help improve any postural and flexibility issues you may have.   

Getting started for online personal training

- You'll get sent a link via txt message / email to download an app that is extremely easy to use. With this app you'll be able to see everything you need to do for the day, the app can show you how to do the workouts and there are sections within the app where you can view past and future tasks and workouts so you can plan your week accordingly, an inbox section where you can message me through the app also and a section where your data will be recorded so we can track your progress. You'll also receive resistance bands 

that will be used for a variety of workouts that will provide similar strength gains to using conventional gym equipment. - Following the fitness assessment, we'll get you booked in to start your first training session. Depending on how many sessions are booked, we will aim to either get either a full body work out in or divide the workouts into different days to focus on specific muscle groups. We will follow a programme that will be designed in accordance with your goals. You can also expect regular check ins, weekly weigh ins and constant tips and reminders to keep you on track.
